The location is convenient to many sites in Lower Manhattan. I found readily available coffee and tea in the lobby. Refillable water bottles were a thoughtful touch with water stations on each floor.
Housekeeping services were limited to every three days.

acceptable locationexpired keyid presentation
The location near the metro was acceptable.
I found a female staff member quite insistent on formal id presentation, when my room key expired one day earlier. I did not have it with me. She emphasized that all my colleagues presented valid IDs, implying I received special treatment. I hope they can do their job properly, so guests need not cooperate with such nonsense.

easy accesswater station
I found the location provided easy access to many subway lines. Complimentary water stations were located on every floor, I thought it was a convenient amenity.
The coffee from the complimentary machine was more bitter than I prefer.

Mediocre stay. Issues need addressing

rooftop closureslow service
The rooftop bar was closed for remodeling, disappointing because i expected to visit it. the service was inconsistent. Sometimes the staff was helpful, but other times, requests took a long time to fulfill. i requested extra sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, it took over an hour to arrive. the two addresses and entrances the hotel has made navigation confusing.
